Fr. Neil became the Rector of All Saints' in June 2020. He has overall responsibility for the running of the church.
He is Confrater of Browne's Hospital, Governor of St Gilbert's School, Chair of Foodbank, an executive member of Churches Together in Stamford and Chaplain to the Mayor.
Before coming to Stamford, Fr Neil worked in the Diocese of Chichester and comes from Horsham, West Sussex. He enjoys running (Stamford Striders) and walking Dougal, his excitable dog.
Associate Priest - Rev. David Bond
Rev. David has served at All Saints' for many years and is a much-loved member of the clergy team. He enjoys running prayer days in the garden at St John's and everything to do with cricket! David currently leads the weekday Bible Study, as well as helping with other services and preaching regularly.
Associate Priest - Rev. Bob Mackrill
Rev. Bob was ordained priest at All Saints' and served his curacy here. He returned to All Saints' in the summer of 2021, after many years working as a parish priest and prison Chaplain. We welcome him and Bev back into the parish. Bob and Bev have particular responsibility for the Toddler Group, Little Saints.
Associate Curate - Rev. Scott Gardiner
Rev. Scott was ordained in June 2022 at Lincoln Cathedral and serves as our stipendiary curate. He comes from Lincolnshire, is married to Donna and has a son, Theo. Scott trained for ordination at Cranmer Hall, Durham.
Associate Priest - Fr. Nigel Gibson
Fr. Nigel joined the clergy team in September 2022. Prior to retirement he served in the Diocese in Europe and also at St John's Cathedral, Hong Kong.
Associate Priest and Chaplain at Stamford Endowed School - Rev. Matt Philips
Rev Matt joined the clergy team at All Saints' in the autumn of 2022. He also serves as the Chaplain to Stamford Endowed School. Before moving to Stamford, Matt and his family lived in Bedfordshire where he worked as a parish priest.
Director of Music - Dr. Benedict Todd
Benedict took up the post of Director of Music at All Saints’ in January 2024. He is responsible for overseeing the development of the musical life of the church, which includes running the church choir(s) and playing the organ, as well as organising concerts and collaborating with other musicians in the local area. Prior to joining the team at All Saints’, Benedict worked in Cambridge. Before that, he studied music (specialising in composition) at the University of Bristol, where he also met his (now) wife Lucy in the University Church Choir.

Niamh Holman - Families, Youth and Children's Worker
Niamh is responsible for leading and developing child and youth activities at All Saints Church and started the role in November 2023. She has a background in childhood and youth studies from BGU University and also runs a wraparound care club in Barnack, where she lives with her daughters.
Churchwardens - David Wallington and Clare Camp
The Wardens have special responsibility for the governance of the church and work closely with the Church Council which has overall responsibility for the parish.
Sally Schelpe - Parish Administrator
Sally runs the parish office, organises weddings, baptisms and funerals along with supporting the Rector and clergy. Sally can be contacted here.
Authorised Lay Minister - Clare Camp
Clare has responsibility for much of tour outreach work and pastoral care.
Safeguarding Officer - Niamh Holman

Tower Captain - Kate Riley
Kate looks after the tower and the eight bells that All Saints' houses. Kate is always looking for ringers and is very happy for the bells to be rung for weddings and special occasions. Please do contact her here.
